John
Isaacs and Associates, LLC was founded in 1986 by John E. Isaacs,
Sr., after leaving a position with the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) as a tax auditor. Prior to working with
the IRS, John served as a principle tax examiner with the Kentucky
Revenue Cabinet. It is with
that breadth of knowledge of taxation and how the system actually
works that he launched his company more than 16 years ago.
John also worked in his family's restaurant business for 14 years
prior to his tax experience.
Since that time,
John Isaacs and Associates has grown into a full-service
accounting, tax and financial management firm serving primarily
two areas. Although our practice has and does take on
clients on a limited basis that do not fit this profile, we find
that we can serve the following people exceptionally well given
our expertise and turn-key system solutions to people problems.
John Isaacs and
Associates specializes in two primary areas - small to medium size
businesses and prudent individual investors. If you fit one

do not have any competition in the areas we operate. We've
designed a special Business Package that enables business owners
to operate more profitably, spend less time on bookkeeping and
concentrate on growing their business. We've also developed
and designed systems to allow individual investors to reduce their
